Refund/Exchange Policy

Pecans and Pecan-Based Products
We guarantee our pecans and pecan products to our customer's satisfaction.  If for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectations, simply notify us via email within 5 days of receipt of item(s). We will help you process the return and will refund your money or replace your order at your request once the items are received on our end. Please ensure you follow storage guidelines included with your item(s) to avoid the refund policy being voided. 

Plants
Returns are accepted within 48 hours, for a full refund, assuming the plant is in the same condition as it left. We will issue a refund to the original payment method. 

All items returned after 48 hours will receive store credit OR a replacement will be given at the same value as the purchase price. No cash refunds will be given.

No returns after 10 days, no exceptions. We are not responsible for weather related damage such as hail, freezes, floods, fire, wind, etc.

Fresh Produce
We highly encourage you assess your produce at the time of selection/pick-up. Once the produce leaves our stand, we do not offer returns, refunds, store credit, or exchanges. By implementing this policy, this ensures that customers receive products that are at peak freshness, in pristine condition, and have not been previously used or handled.
